Booking our packages is a little more than just a simple purchase. We carry a lot of passion and preparation in every single wedding, and we provide more than just a simple service.
We decided to create a whole page to give you an insight on what the experience is booking us for your wedding. From your first message, up to sending off your videos and photos, this guide will help you get in the loop of how we do everything!
Getting In Touch
It all starts with a message, or a booking form! We make it super easy for us to get all the details we need from you as soon as you get in touch with out booking form.
We always recommend including some details on your story; how you met, your personalities and what you are looking for in your wedding films or photos. This helps us get to know you right away, and helps us show you what we can create for you!
Questions And Answers
We know you might have lots (or not so many!) questions! To help, we usually schedule a quick call to help answer them as well as get to know you better.
Need more than one call? No problem! Let's schedule as many calls and exchange as many emails as needed to make sure you are absolutely satisfied when you choose us.
Let's Book
Once you know we are the right choice for you, we will send you over lots of stuff. Firstly we send over a quick questionnaire, followed by a contract to help fully lock in everything we will be creating for you.
Locked In
Contract: signed. Deposit: paid. That's all! We are now locked in, and we are going to be joining in on your beautiful wedding day to capture it. You can now sit back, as we will organise everything in the background and send over anything we need from you!
Month Before Wedding
We will get in touch and organise either a face to face, or a zoom meeting. We will go over all the details for the big day, and make sure we are all good to go.
This is the perfect time to send over your itinerary, and let us know of any fun or exciting things that will happen so we are ready to capture it.
Week Before Wedding
A week to go, we are all ears for you. We are available for any calls, meetings or emails from you in order to help you relax.
Or, if you prefer, you can just focus on your wedding day and be assured we are ready to go!
The Wedding Day
This day has come and your only task is to enjoy it fully, no worries, we will work our magic to capture your day perfectly.
Our team will follow you during the day and make sure everything you need is covered. The only suggestion here is not to worry and not to pay attention to us, just enjoy your day!
After The Wedding
Congratulations! You are officially married with your perfect other half, and can enjoy your life together. Heading off to a honey moon? Enjoy it! Staying in and resting? No worries, have fun!
While you do that, we will begin work straight away. We will be updating you regularly with some screengrabs, quick photos and any other teasers to get you excited for your photos and videos.
Delivery Of Photos
Within 48 hours of your big day, we will provide you with some preview photos to get you excited. Depending on the time of year, we aim to deliver all photos within 3 from your wedding day. Please ask us for a more accurate estimate couple days after the big day, once we know how many photos we have to edit!
If you have photo albums or prints in your package, these will be designed for your approval up to a week after your photos are edited.
Delivery Of Videos
We aim to deliver all of your videos in all packages between 8 to 12 weeks of your big day. Don't worry, we will be keeping you updated with plenty of screen grabs and teasers to give you something to enjoy while we finish and perfect your videos.
Let's Capture Your Day, With Love
Choosing Location
Decision on the location depends on the season, number of guests and your preferences. There are a lot of beautiful venues in the middle of the forest, on the sea side, near lake or river. I am always happy to share photos taken in different venues I worked at.
If it Rains
This situation can be handled in different ways and rain will not ruin your wedding day and you’ll definetly have great pictures from this special day. In case of the open air ceremony you should arrange umbrellas for your guests. In case of the open air dinner, make sure to have a tent.
Getting Ready
You can get ready in your place or rent a hotel room or airbnb. For me as a photographer, it is important that location is bright ans spacios. So I recomment to choose apartment instad of a hotel room. But again, we will discuss all this details during our meetings before your wedding day.
Additional Tips & Ideas
If you’ll decide to have a color pallete for a dress code, it will e awesome for me. As such weddings usually look much better on pictures. Also you can consider of having a phone free weddings. All videos and pictures will be taken by my team, don’t worry and enjoy every moment of the day.
